Informa Energia is the mobile help desk of Roma Capitale dedicated to providing information, training, and support on energy saving.
From 22 September to 30 January 2026, a camper equipped as an information point will travel across the 15 Municipalities of Roma Capitale, stopping each week in central and easily accessible locations such as local markets, squares, schools, and public services. The first stop will be in Municipality I, at Via Beniamino Franklin 5 (in front of the Testaccio Market), open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Why Informa Energia was created.
The project was created to help citizens to:
- better understand their own energy consumption;
- reduce their bills through simple saving strategies;
- learn about available benefits, incentives, and contributions;
- discover the opportunities offered by renewable energies and energy communities;
- receive information and practical tools to combat energy poverty.
What it offers
At the mobile help desk, it will be possible to receive free assistance from qualified staff on:
- analysis and interpretation of energy bills;
- practical solutions to improve household efficiency and reduce energy consumption;
- benefits and contributions for households and condominiums;
- information dedicated to the most vulnerable groups of the population.
Target audience
Informa Energia’ is open to all citizens, with particular attention to those living in conditions of greater energy vulnerability, such as:
- elderly people, low-income families, and foreign citizens;
- residents of inefficient buildings constructed before energy-saving regulations;
- tenants of public housing or deteriorated dwellings.
How to participate
Citizens can go directly to the Mobile Help Desk on the scheduled dates for their Municipality.
