Saving energy and producing it from renewable sources<\/strong> saves us money on our utility bills and reduces our carbon footprint.<\/span><\/p>

We can achieve this by using the economic incentive tools<\/strong> available to all citizens and citizens.<\/span><\/p>

Tax deductions<\/strong> are available to all individuals. For expenses incurred for eligible incentivised interventions, a deduction ranging from 50% <\/strong>(primary residence) to 36%<\/strong> (secondary residence) is granted and recovered<\/strong> by the person who incurred the expenses in annual instalments over the 10 years following the completion of the intervention<\/strong>. The rates will be further reduced in the 2027\u20132028 two-year period. The legal basis for these incentives is the 2026 Budget Law<\/a>. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Home Bonus<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Home Bonus<\/strong> incentivizes energy efficiency measures and the use of renewable energy sources, providing tax deductions equal to 50%<\/strong> (primary residence) and 36% <\/strong>(secondary residence) for expenses incurred in 2026.<\/strong> These rates will be reduced to 36% <\/strong>(primary residence) and 30% <\/strong>(secondary residence) for expenses incurred in the 2027\u20132028 period<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
